Technical analysis is normally based upon the up downs in currency prices and use of historical performance to predict future behavior.
The main idea derived of technical analysis is history repeats itself. The second principle is that it is absolutely NOT needed to track current market performance as it has already reflected in currency prices. It is essentially the movement in prices which are required to be analyzed in order to predict the direction in which prices are moving and performance. Technical analysis chart includes moving averages, oscillators, candlestick charts, Bollinger bands, Fibonacci levels and many more. |
