Educating yourself about working of forex market and the currencies your going to trade is good way to start. The more you learn about the currencies, the more correctly you will be able to guess which way they are going to move

Select a Forex Trading System and follow it. Many experienced forex traders and experts will tell you that key to success in Forex trading, is to have a system and to stick with it. Basing your trades on past history of peak and valleys will help you in making more money out of them. Learn and adopt a trading system that is suitable and profitable for you.

Tip#3

“Practice makes a man perfect” ---- Follow this to the core. Free practice accounts provided by Forex brokers are the best way of learning the art of making trades. They help you in practicing various Forex systems and selecting the one that works for you.

Tip#4

Keep off from Margin Trading. It is the fastest way of losing big amounts of money. Don’t try this unless you are absolutely sure about what you are getting into. Also when starting to trade with real money go for mini forex account to lessen the losses while you get used to it.

Tip#5

The only thing that counts in the end while trading in Forex market is the amount money you make from doing trades. It does not really matter how many trades you won or lose. So if following a system you are losing more trades than winning but still making profit, stick to it. It’s the digits alongside the dollar sign in your account that really matters.
