Now I'd like to explain why rebate system is beneficial for each of it's participants.

Introducing broker is paid by forex broker for referring new clients. To be precise, IB gets payments for client's each trade deal. IBs post their referal links on forums, buy adwords ads etc. for searching new clients.

Some IB's like me use another way to attract clients.
