Who can help me to find a good mt4 broker for scalping strategies without hedging restriction in Canada or US?

Try Forex-Metal broker. I am not sure if they allow scalping, but they definitely have no hedging restrictions.

Have you heard about Forex Limited? I guess you will find what you need visiting their web page. They do not impose limitations on trading strategy you choose. So, scalping is allowed

there are no hedging restrictions in NordFx. scalping is allowed. (they are partners of FXCM). But company registered in Mauritius.
