My personal recommendation : Scalping is permitted. I didn’t have any problem with money withdrawal. Fast and great support. Good eurgbp and eurusd execution during asian session. But not NFA registered.

You said Canadian office- but do they have offices in other countries- France, for example?

Have you tried to trade with Forex Limited? The offer the same opportunities that you have discribed but they are registered in the UK, not in Canada.

Broker ACM offers mt4 account.
The bases and all the conditions are in their web site, I don’t use it because ACMs charting tool in the platform is already very good, but for more technical traders it must be a very good improvement

I`ve been trading with them for quite a long time and haven`t had any unpleasant situation. Their spread is fixed and they allow sculping. I`m satisfied. Try if you want.

There are always bad reviews about almost any brokers... beat it NFA regulated brokers or ECN brokers. How can you tell which are telling the truth? You just have to try for yourselves.
